Leaving a review
Reviews are a great resource to help you make informed decisions prior to purchasing from a brand on Faire. Having visibility into other retailers' experiences with the brands and products you are interested in can help you feel more confident placing an order.
When you leave a review, your rating and comment are publicly displayed on the brand's page two business days after your submission. Brands have the ability to publicly respond to your review.
Prior to leaving a review, please keep in mind:

- If you would like to contact a brand about an issue with your order, please reach out to them in your Messages tab for assistance.
- If you received a damaged product in your order, are missing some items, or would like to request a return, make sure to report this through the Orders page of your Faire portal.
- Any issues in transit may be the result of the shipping carrier, separate from the brand.
- Read the Review Policies below to ensure your review falls under Faire’s guidelines.
How to leave a review
Once your order has been delivered, you'll have 180 days to submit or edit your review. You will have the chance to choose a star rating, write a review summary, and include photos for product reviews. When selecting a star rating, 5 stars is the highest, 1 star is the lowest.
To leave a review:
- Go to your Orders page and scroll to the order you'd like to review.
- Select Review order.
- Choose a star rating and provide a review summary for each product from your order.

- You can mention how the product looked and felt on arrival, how your customers responded, and whether you’d consider reordering it.
- Upload any photos to show things like packaging, presentation, or how the products looked in person.

- Click the Submit button when you’re finished reviewing the product to finalize and submit your review.
- Choose a star rating for your overall experience with the brand, with 5 stars being the highest and 1 star being the lowest. Ensure that the star rating you select accurately reflects your experience you include in your review summary.

- Product quality: Consider how well-made the items were and whether they met your expectations.
- Communication: Reflect on how timely, clear, and helpful the brand was throughout the process.
- Fulfillment: Evaluate how smoothly the order was processed and delivered, including whether it arrived on time and in good condition.

- Write a summary of your overall ordering experience with the brand. This is a great place to share what stood out, what could have been improved, and how the experience measured up to your expectations. Helpful reviews often mention:

- What impressed you or exceeded expectations.
- Any challenges you encountered and how they were handled.
- The service experience provided by the brand.

- Click the Submit button when you're finished to finalize and submit your review.
A few tips for writing a helpful review:
- Be honest and constructive. Balanced feedback helps brands improve and gives other retailers real insight into what to expect.
- Be specific. Mention details like product quality, sell-through, packaging, or customer reactions.
- Be fair. Focus on your direct experience with the product and brand, not issues outside their control like carrier-related shipping delays.
How to edit a review
Once your order has been delivered, you'll have 180 days to submit or edit your review.
- Go to the Orders page and scroll to the order you’d like to edit the review for.
- Select the Edit review link
- Edit any details of your review and once you’re finished click the Submit button.
Review Policies
Reviews for brands submitted on Faire may not:
- Contain advertising or spam
- Include explicit, harassing, or discriminatory content
- Be obtained or influenced through coercion
- Contain feedback that is not specific to the brand or within their control on Faire (for example, a review of the Faire platform, or the shipping carrier)
- Reveal private information of a brand or retailer
- Undermine the integrity of Faire’s review system, including inappropriate usage of reviews
- Falsely inflate a brand's review score:
- Having a friend or a family member leave a biased, inauthentic, or untruthful positive review
- Compensating a third party to leave a biased, inauthentic, or untruthful positive review
