The Scheduled Orders feature allows retailers to schedule orders with you up to 6 months in advance.
Where can I view my scheduled orders?
Once you start receiving scheduled orders, your email confirmation and order fulfillment flow show the ship date the retailer has chosen. You can accept, edit, or cancel the scheduled order the same way you would a regular order.
As the ship date approaches, we’ll send you an email reminder to make sure you don’t miss a beat!
I am unable to fulfill scheduled orders
By accepting a scheduled order, you commit to having the products in stock at the time of the scheduled ship date.
If you are unable to accept scheduled orders, you can opt out of this feature by selecting your Shop settings tab and toggling the scheduled orders feature to Off.
