How do I change my shipping address?


In this guide


You can change your shipping address on your account before placing an order. Address changes do not apply to orders that were already placed.


How do I add my shipping address?

To add your shipping address:

  1. Select the user icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Choose Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Stores.
  4. Select Add Store.
  5. Fill in the relevant details for the location such as store name, store type, opening year, shipping address, etc.
  6. Select Save.

How do I update a store address?

To update your store address:

  1. Select the user icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Choose Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Stores.
  4. Choose the linked store location.
  5. Select the Store address box.
  6. Select Add new address.
  7. Enter your updated address details into the form.
  8. Select Add address to save your changes.

How do I delete a shipping address?

To delete a shipping address:

  1. Select the user icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Choose Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Stores.
  4. Select Edit next to the store name.
  5. Select Remove store.

If only one store is added, you cannot delete that location unless another store is added.


How do I set a default shipping address?

Your default shipping address will be preselected during checkout if you or any team member places an order.

To set a default shipping address:

  1. Select Stores.
  2. Choose the linked store location.
  3. Scroll to the Store defaults section.
  4. Select the Shipping address box.
  5. Choose Add a new address or select an existing store address from the populated list.
  6. Select Save.

Can I add a P.O. Box?

You can't add a P.O. box as your primary shipping address. That said, if you previously added one, you'll be able to continue to use it.

If you need an order delivered to your PO Box, please contact the brand directly using Faire Messenger. Please note that not all brands may be able to accommodate this request, and some may still ship to the address listed on your account.
