Faire has added an additional UPS service called UPS SurePost Ground Saver for US brands shipping to US addresses.
UPS SurePost Ground Saver offers affordable economy shipping with a transit time of 2-6 days. This service is tailored for cost-conscious shippers who want less urgent, lower-value goods sent to US addresses.
UPS SurePost Ground Saver previously collaborated with USPS to deliver to PO Boxes. However, UPS has recently updated its policies, and now UPS SurePost Ground Saver is no longer available for deliveries to U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or for PO Box and Military APO/FPO addresses.
When you select UPS SurePost Ground Saver for shipping with Faire, you are still covered by our default carrier insurance.
UPS SurePost Ground Saver weight and size limits
UPS SurePost Ground Saver has different size and weight limits compared to other UPS services.
Maximum size & weight limits:
- Minimum & Maximum Dimensions: Packages must be at least 4” high, 6” long, and .75” wide (4 x 6 x 0.75") and may not exceed 130” in length & girth combined
- Single Dimension Length: No one dimension can exceed 60” in length
- Maximum Weight: The maximum allowable weight for Ground Saver shipments is 70 lbs per package
- Minimum Billable Weight: Ground Saver shipments that weigh less than 8 oz will be subject to a minimum billable weight of 8 oz
This update does not affect our other shipping options. You can still choose the UPS Priority option or your preferred carrier.
