Fresh Mediterranean Branzino, also known as the Mediterranean Sea bass, is the new “in' fish. Branzino is known for its lean white-firm meat. Branzino is a spectacular, shiny silver-skinned fish and is known for being sweet-flavored, tender, juicy, and delicious! Our fillets are ready to saute and make you the star of the range! We are direct importers of this fish, and they come directly to us from Turkey 2x per week. Sunday evenings and Thursdays. They are harvested and shipped on the same day - fresher fish might not be possible unless you catch them yourself. These have been a fan favorite at our retail store for over two decades! What you get: 1 LB RETAIL TRAY, PACKED 3 X 5/6 OZ FILLETS Minimum order qty: 3 X 1 lb tray retail packed

oooooooo this bad boy..... we live in a food sheltered area. fun items are scarce and pepper could best be described as "exotic" locally. a foodie client came in and saw that we had this available and got real excited, "i have a menu in mind centered on this piece of fish, i'll be back friday to get it." the following monday he returned to tell his tale, "that branzino was off the chain! i had a recipe in mind, but decided to cook it as the pkg said. oh my it was the best fish i ever ate!"
