Organic Gemelli Pasta is a short cut of pasta that resembles two noodles twisted together, which is how it gets its name: the Italian word for “twins.” This spiral-like pasta shape is perfect for capturing thicker, heartier sauces like Bolognese or Alfredo, but also shines in light tomato sauces and olive-oil-based sautés with sausage coins and veggies. - Made in Italy. - Crafted with certified-organic durum wheat. - Extruded with bronze dies for a rough surface to better capture sauces. - Slow drying at low temperatures preserves texture, flavor and nutrients. - Cooks up to the perfect al dente texture. - Non-GMO. - Vegan/vegetarian. - Kosher.
