These juicy steaks come from the Center of the Ham and are sliced 1/8 of an inch thick. These steaks cuts freeze beautifully and are microwave ready. 4-6 servings per 10 oz. package. Do Not Be Alarmed If Your Products Arrive Warm. Broadbent's Uncooked Country Ham is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration. To achieve the ultimate shelf life and quality of the product, we recommend refrigerating the Country Ham for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.

INEDIBLE WITH SALT, TURNED TO LEATHER AFTER A 3 SECOND HEAT, WATER RAN OUT OF THEM. I SENT THEM IN GIFT BASKETS AND THEY CARRIED MY NAME AND IM HORRIIFIED. I HARDLY BELIEVE THESE ARE REMOTELY "HEALTHY' TO EAT, WE COULD NOT CUT THEM OR CHEW THEM. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE THAN IF YOU ATE PURE SALT. THEY WERE FULL OF FAT ALSO. WOULDNT RECOMEND FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION EVER!
