Disappointed in my earring order from this brand. They took over a week longer to ship than original ship date. The bigger issue is the quality of the earrings. These were messy & broken.

While the earrings themselves were beautiful, my experience with customer service was less than ideal. The earrings were shipped much later than the date predicted by Faire. I was given an expected shipping date, but the earrings didn’t ship on time. After that the owner stopped responding to my messages.It's disappointing when you're excited about a product but feel left in the dark about something as simple as shipping info. I would have appreciated better communication throughout the process.
