Seller did not respond to any messages I sent and kept changing shipment date, so I filed a reporrt with Faire. Seller told Faire they were shipping the items that day and never did. I would prefer to not even give even one server this point.

Disappointed in my earring order from this brand. They took over a week longer to ship than original ship date. The bigger issue is the quality of the earrings. Most of them have flaws, are cracked, didn’t receive the right ones and overall poorly made.

While the earrings themselves were beautiful, my experience with customer service was less than ideal. The earrings were shipped much later than the date predicted by Faire. I was given an expected shipping date, but the earrings didn’t ship on time. After that the owner stopped responding to my messages.It's disappointing when you're excited about a product but feel left in the dark about something as simple as shipping info. I would have appreciated better communication throughout the process.
