While the earrings themselves were beautiful, my experience with customer service was less than ideal. The earrings were shipped much later than the date predicted by Faire. I was given an expected shipping date, but the earrings didn’t ship on time. After that the owner stopped responding to my messages.It's disappointing when you're excited about a product but feel left in the dark about something as simple as shipping info. I would have appreciated better communication throughout the process.

I love the earrings, they are super cute! It took a little longer to ship than I thought, but no worries! Your attention to detail on the earrings is great and thank you for the extra pair of snowman earrings.
