Perfect for breakfasts on-the-go... late-night studying... athletics... pregnant and nursing moms... traveling... work, school, and play -- and even meeting your nutritional goals (Please read our Breakfast Cookie Meal Plan). For an added treat: heat or microwave the Breakfast Cookie for 20 seconds before serving. These high Omega-3 Breakfast Cookies do well in any grab-and-go location. When you receive your order, your Breakfast Cookies will have a 2-3 month shelf life at room temperature -- and 6 months frozen. So please freeze them, if you can, and take them out as needed.
