Description
DeLallo Organic Orzo is a pastina, or a tiny pasta cut, famous for its role in soups. These days, orzo is more than just a soup pasta, starring in picnic pasta salads, cheesy side dishes and more. Its name, orzo, comes from its tiny “barley” shape, which is slightly larger than a grain of rice. - Made in Italy. - Crafted with premium certified-organic durum wheat. - Extruded with artisanal bronze dies for a rougher surface to better absorb sauces. - Cooks up perfectly al dente—a texture that is both tender but firm to the bite. - Pasta is dried slowly at low temperatures to retain its fresh-bread flavor, nutrients and the ideal texture. - A tiny pasta cut with endless possibilities. - Kosher. - Non GMO. - Preservative free. - Vegan/vegetarian.
