We recently bought a haul to try out in our small grocery store. Everything I've tasted or heard from others has been nothing short of amazing. Additionally, the product lacks silly additives, and supports some really cool farming. If you're not familiar with this part of the Driftless region it is peppered with all the right kinds of organic, biodynamic, and hippie farmers and not just bland agribusiness. I want to also mention that their custom service was just top notch and very sweet!
