Born from a 130 year family tradition, Journeyman Meat Company is the passion project of winemaker and now, salumist, Pete Seghesio. Our slow-cured, small batch salumi is handcrafted in the culinary eden of Sonoma County California with Never Ever Pork, local spices and a touch of wine. You can taste the difference when salumi is crafted slower and cooler in the true European style. Our stunning packaging adds to its appeal making it great on the shelf or in gift sets.
