“Cortijo La Reina” oil is a Premium Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. On an organoleptic level, it should be noted that this extra virgin olive oil differs in that it is very fruity and has a fresh and delicate aroma, with flavors reminiscent of ripe bananas. It is very soft and sweet on the palate at the start, with a slight bitter sensation and a certain final itch via the aftertaste thanks to the early harvest. Our oil is monovarietal, specifically the Arbequina variety, although we have more varieties on the farm such as Picudo, Hojiblanca, Lechín or Picual.
