Their robust flavors were cherished since, at that time, spices were rare. Limburger is the most famous of all Belgian cheeses, and was sold in the town of Limburg. Today, a single cheese plant in WI, produces all of the limburger made in the US. Pairs well with Zinfandel.

We ordered a large selection of cheeses from Keystone, and nearly all were excellent. The variety of types of cheese and flavors available was very exciting. Of the nearly 30 different items we ordered, the only 'meh' cheese was the Dill Havarti. A nice Havarti, but little dill flavor. The Blueberry Cheddar, Baby Swiss, Basil Muenster, and Espresso Bellavitano were absolutely amazing and my favorites, and many others were very, very good.
