Excited to try this, but part of the order arrived improperly packaged, raising safety concerns. I contacted the company privately; response took days and felt dismissive. They offered to refund a portion and advised discarding some pieces, and suggested not to eat At that point, I lost confidence in the product and I discarded everything. As a retailer, trust in quality and handling is essential, and this experience fell short.
