I found Felix Z at a trade show years ago and always have loved his jewelry designs. Now on Faire, it's so convenient and I love that he's opened up his price points to service many different store levels. The jewelry is so pretty and really lovely quality! Great pieces my customers will love!

I bought an initial order and 3 of the rings broke the first time my customers wore them. They brought them back in for a return and I was happy to refund their money. But when I reached out asking Felix Designs for replacements (citing the poor quality) they said they would replace them. But it's been over a month now and nothing. I can see that they are reading my inquiries about the replacement; but they are just not responding anymore. Very poor customer service and quality.
