I bought an initial order and 3 of the rings broke the first time my customers wore them. They brought them back in for a return and I was happy to refund their money. But when I reached out asking Felix Designs for replacements (citing the poor quality) they said they would replace them. But it's been over a month now and nothing. I can see that they are reading my inquiries about the replacement; but they are just not responding anymore. Very poor customer service and quality.

We were disappointed with this line of jewelry. The quality was not very good at all, felt and looked cheap. Compared to other brands, these pieces are over priced for what you get. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone looking for quality products. The earrings didn't even come on backings, they were just put in little baggies.
