The vermeil seems thin. One of my rings arrived with the main stone missing a large chunk out of it. You can't even read the 925 stamps that are there, which are few. None of the rings came with sizes. When I tried to put the back on o e of the earrings it immediately bent and almost broke off. Will not be reordering from this brand. Oh, and the gold dots that go in the middle of the necklaces weren't even centered and you could tell they were just glued on because you could see the glue.

As for the shipping time, we shipped your package within 2-3 days. Your order was placed on Jan 20th and we shipped them out on the 23rd. As you might know, we are in NYC, and there is a heavy snow storm during that time that affected all kind of transportation including road and air. Once the package is picked up by USPS, we have no control over the time frame they need to deliver.
