Nostrano (trans. “homegrown”) is our sweet uncured salame that is made only with the finest and most simple ingredients. Rich in flavor and texture but simple in nature, our Nostrano uncured salame is made with sea salt, black pepper, and time. Slice a piece off to your preferred thickness and pair it with a sharp provolone and a full body merlot. The product is shelf stable, though we do ship refrigerated during the summer months and suggest to store the product refrigerated before it is shelved for sale.
