With origins in Emilia-Romagna, of Northern Italy, this pasta shape is a versatile short cut that shines in everything from simple tomato sauces to cheesy creamy sauces. Farfalle pasta is pinched in the middle with ruffled edges that is perfect for catching small bits of ingredients. - Made in Italy with superior durum wheat. - Pasta is extruded with traditional bronze dies giving the surface a rough texture perfect for capturing sauces. - Cooks up perfectly al dente. - A fun pasta shape resembling a “butterfly” with its pinched middle.
