Cultivated in Noto, in the south of Sicily, Boniviri Sicilian shelled almonds are of the Pizzuta di Avola variety, among the finest and most chosen for Sicilian haute cuisine and pastry. Fruits of the sun and patience of Boniviri farmers, grown in full respect of nature and its times, preserving the local agro-food heritage. A small stock of 1 kg in a natural version, that is, collected, simply dried in the sun and then shelled without toasting it.
