Grown in Noto, in the south of Sicily, the Sicilian Boniviri roasted almonds are of the Pizzuta di Avola variety, among the most valuable and chosen for Sicilian haute cuisine and pastry. Fruits of the sun and patience of Boniviri farmers, grown in full respect of nature and its times, preserving the local agro-food heritage. A small supply of 1 kg in a toasted version, thus improving the nutritional and sensory profile of the almond.
