I ordered earrings during the July sale. She emailed me because one of the styles was not available. She offered a refund. She included a handful of freebies in the order. Ive only ordered clay earrings once before so Ive had minimal experience. I had a concern about a couple of earrings because they seemed soft & bendable. She showed concern & explained the earring making process to me. I was satisfied with her explanation & decided to keep them. Her earrings are beautiful & I will order again.

Vintage floral drop dangle earrings
I’ve already sold several pairs of these lovely, fun clay earrings after just a couple days. They are lightweight and crafted well, easy to wear and beautiful color palettes. Will definitely be looking forward to carrying more designs!

While the earrings themselves were beautiful, my experience with customer service was less than ideal. The earrings were shipped much later than the date predicted by Faire. I was given an expected shipping date, but the earrings didn’t ship on time. After that the owner stopped responding to my messages.It's disappointing when you're excited about a product but feel left in the dark about something as simple as shipping info. I would have appreciated better communication throughout the process.
