The products itself is fantastic. However, they take many weeks to ship and are really slow to respond to requests asking for status updates. As a small business needing to monitor cash flow carefully, it's been really frustrating to have large amounts of cash tied up for so long while I wait for their product to ship. I haven't had any of these issues with other suppliers on Faire and have heard similar concerns from other small businesses buying from them.
