Ovsanna was super responsive and patient with me. Fulfillment was fast and everything arrived intact. The products smell AMAZING and I am sure they will do great in my store -- the orange bergamont hand soap has immediately been a big hit. I was also fortunate to be able to visit their manufacturing facility in person to pick up samples, and it was impeccably clean and organized. Highly recommend for bulk stores -- love that they do closed loop for 5-gallon buckets!
