I love this product and it's all I use! It's starting to pick up and people are coming in for the refills to help cut back on waste and that makes me so happy! Thank you for providing a product I can stand behind 100%!

The products itself is fantastic. However, they take many weeks to ship and are really slow to respond to requests asking for status updates. As a small business needing to monitor cash flow carefully, it's been really frustrating to have large amounts of cash tied up for so long while I wait for their product to ship. I haven't had any of these issues with other suppliers on Faire and have heard similar concerns from other small businesses buying from them.
