We are Mariah and Travis Hurt, farmers and cheesemakers making delicious cheese in our on-farm creamery and running our micro-dairy tending to cows on pasture year-round. Check out some of our favorite recipes: French Dairy Farmers' Breakfast 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: • 1 Wheel of Tallgrass Organic Brie • Butter Croissant • Cinnamon • Sugar • Hot Coffee Slice Butter Croissant and build sandwich of thinly sliced Tallgrass cheese and top with sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar. Place in oven, toaster oven, or cast iron skillet to warm and get really melty and delicious. Enjoy with hot coffee or tea. Can’t beat this one!
