Our Truffle Brie is award-winning, featured in the New York Times, and loved by the Sharks on Shark Tank. This is aged for two weeks in our cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese. The luxurious and rich flavors of our Truffle Brie shine through the creamy and mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave. Allergens: Tree Nuts (Cashew). Uses: The truffle flavors, coupled with the umami rind, are best paired with roasted vegetables or added to an Italian dish, such as risotto or pasta. This is by far the BEST vegan cheese. Our cheese store has ever tried. As a dairy loving cheese fanatic, I can happily eat this VEGAN truffle Brie any day of the week.
