I unfortunately ordered these in the winter and even with the heat pack they didn’t make it to my store alive. Although that is not the sellers fault I was disappointed that they did not offer any resolution other than filing a report with faire. They also forgot a plant from my order and didn’t offer to refund that either. From what I could tell they were also VERY small for the price point which would have been disappointing if they weren’t already dead. Overall I wouldn’t order again.

Very please with the plants I ordered! Unfortunately they came when my shop was closed so they had three days on a hot truck but there was only one to rehab from the heat! I will definitely order again!

Our plants exceeded expectations! They were big, beautiful, and in great condition! I had more than one question (a lot more) and concerns with delivery time being so close to the holidays and with them going from California to New York. They went above and beyond to ensure we had our plants quickly and in great condition! I will continue to rave about their customer service AND plants! Very well done!
