With 95°+ Midwest temperatures, I expected these plants to arrive cooked, but they arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was incredibly secure, and the plants looked exactly like the photos. They cost a bit more than some vendors, but the quality is absolutely worth it. I gave 3 stars for fulfillment because one item was missing, but customer service responded within minutes and fixed it immediately. Ive already placed another order with Plant Vault. Their plant quality is unmatched!

I tried out Plant Vault because they had a lot of unique plants that we love and are pet safe. Firstly, they are WILDLY more expensive than any other brand and which I knew that going into it, its hard to actually want to place another order with them. We also had order issues that was met at first with proving us wrong, only to be shown what their posting said they fixed their mistake. I don't think we will order again....

Plant Vault has so many issues with ordering and shipping. I do not recommend. Expect to not receive orders, recieve other people's orders, missing plants, cancelled orders without notification. This company is a mess. Run away as fast as you can. It will end up costing you headaches and maybe unexpected costs.l
