With 95°+ Midwest temperatures, I expected these plants to arrive cooked, but they arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was incredibly secure, and the plants looked exactly like the photos. They cost a bit more than some vendors, but the quality is absolutely worth it. I gave 3 stars for fulfillment because one item was missing, but customer service responded within minutes and fixed it immediately. Ive already placed another order with Plant Vault. Their plant quality is unmatched!
