Our Easter doves are an authentic artisanal tradition that we have cultivated with passion since 1885. Our process begins with careful selection of ingredients, high-quality butter and flour, and fresh free-range eggs. The natural sourdough gives our dove a unique lightness and flavor. Once baked, each dove is allowed to cool slowly, allowing its flavors to fully develop. Then it is gently hand-wrapped, packaged with care and love like a precious gift. The final result is an Easter dove that embodies the true spirit of tradition. It is a pleasure for the senses and a symbol of celebration and sharing, ready to enrich tables on the occasion of Easter.
