About LUV Superfoods

"What the world needs now is Love sweet Luv!" And for most of us that starts with nourishing ourselves and our families! Sometimes it takes going through a challenging time to discover how important it is to nourish our bodies. For me that was years of suffering from migraines triggered by food ingredients. Once I discovered what I shouldn’t eat, I wanted to know what foods could make me feel like a superwoman. Raw chocolate with superfoods was the magic indulgent treat to replace my life long sugar cravings … and sugar crashes! I started making my own raw chocolate, sweetened with local raw honey and filled them with powerful nutrient-dense superfood ingredients. It was pretty apparent that these morning “pick-me-ups”, afternoon snacks or after-dinner desserts brought me so much energy and joy. I really could feel the difference when I ran out of my chocolate stash, so I had to keep making them. As a creative toy inventor and product and packaging designer, I took my innovations to the most important room in my house, the kitchen. I was now on a “Mission for Nutrition!” I was determined to make the best chocolate treats ever! I want to teach the world about superfoods while using chocolate as my palette.
