To top off these designs, each piece will be touched with a mixture of nickel, gunmetal, bronze, silver, & copper, metals. I understand that because these necklaces are natural stones there will be variation, but I was disappointed by the fact the charms on the ones I received were highly polished, jet black agate stone and not multi colored or in a more natural state as I assumed they would be from the sample picture. They have gone above and beyond and offered to send me images of other necklaces so I can exchange. Excellent customer service. 5 stars in the dept.
