Having grown up in New England, I cherished numerous summers with my family, splashing through the chilly waters along the rugged Maine coastline, scouring for the delightful treasures unveiled by the tides. Now as a parent myself, my children and I still relish our time along Maine's captivating shores, as well as the warmer, gentler beaches of Cape Cod, sharing in the delight of discovering flawless rocks, shells, and other marvels while being serenaded by the ocean's melody. Over the past few years, our journey has taken us to Asia, where we've had the privilege to explore diverse countries, immerse ourselves in rich cultures, engage with charismatic individuals, and admire the simple beauty of handicrafts in bustling markets. Intrigued by the array of natural gems, stones, and pearls adorning vibrant market stalls, I began crafting modest jewelry pieces to bring home to loved ones. Though we've returned home, my quest persists as I seek out and gather the perfect materials for my creations, both locally and across various corners of Asia.
