Our richest and creamiest salami boldly flavored with cheese from Blue Jacket Dairy (Bellefontaine, Ohio), Chardonnay from Debonne Vineyards (Madison, Ohio), chopped garlic, and fresh sage. All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable! No refrigeration required! Our No. 1 Salami has a 10-12 month shelf life. We stamp the salami with a 12-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged and try hard to not ship any with less than 10-months left. šš¢š§š & šš”ššš¬š ššš¢š«š¢š§š š¬: Pair No 1 with fruity red wine like Merlot, full-bodied white wine like Chardonnay or Champagne!
