The ring looks amazing, but it took 5+ months to ship when I was originally told 3 weeks max. I had to reach out 6+ times just to get updates on my order because communication was extremely delayed. It also seems like they order from another vendor after you place your order, which made the whole experience feel pretty unprofessional.
