Lately every order I place for my business gets cancelled due to being out of stock or being discontinued even though the items are available to order. Communication with the company is nonexistent. So upsetting. They have beautiful jewelry and quality but they really concentrate on doing live auctions on their app and Tik Tok since this is what brings them profit.

Last order was made in November just got the last of it end of May. Ordered a cuff bracket before silver prices went up. They cancelled that order saying that they couldn’t fulfill that because silver prices went up. Not my fault and you should honor that price and send it anyways. Very disappointed!
