Phu Quoc white pepper is a strongly flavored Vietnamese pepper of the genus Pipper Nigrum. It is harvested at full maturity on the island of Phu Quoc (in southern Vietnam) and then washed to remove the black pericarp, it has been selected especially for you by our aroma hunter, Laurent Severac. Features: Unlike other peppers from the Piperaceae family (Penja, Kampot and Madagascar pepper), Phu Quoc white pepper has very aromatic and mentholated notes, with a hint of saline aromas. Tasting: Its taste characteristics make it easy to combine with all types of fish and white meats, it will delicately decorate lamb and steamed vegetables (peas and potatoes), and sublimate fruits.
