About Maison Vimon

Pierre-Grégoire VIMON, an agronomist by training, specialized in tropical crops, attracted since childhood by agronomy, gastronomy and travel, I left at the end of my studies to work in Asia, South America and Africa. After traveling the 4 corners of the globe and working on plantations and in multinationals, I finally dedicated myself to my passion for spices and founded MAISON VIMON in 2021. I work in direct collaboration with Laurent Severac: Our spice hunter is a Frenchman from the Cévennes living in Hanoi for 30 years. He has continued to roam the forests and mountains of Southeast Asia to discover new aromas and new spices. An epicurean by birth, a self-taught perfumer, always looking for the best quality, he has dedicated his life to the discovery of new spices and their unique olfactory signatures. Fascinated by botany, gastronomy and essential oils, his exceptional expertise allows us to offer you today the best quality of peppers, spices, fragrances, often unique, in order to make you travel and meet your desires.Read their story
