After launching our Chicken Ramen Seasoning and Onion Soup Mix at the Gluten-Free Expo in Utah (October 2022), I learned that the bouillon powder I was using in those blends contained seed oils, corn, and soy—ingredients many of our customers were allergic to. That didn’t sit right with me. I was determined to do better. I started searching for a cleaner bouillon option that was truly allergy-friendly. Turns out... it didn’t exist. So, I created one. The first version of our Chicken Bouillon was already the cleanest and healthiest option on the market—but it still had 620mg of sodium per ¼ tsp serving, which was more than I wanted. So I kept working. For over a year, I teamed up with talented chefs and food scientists to find a better balance. Now, I’m proud to say: not only do we still have the cleanest ingredient label in the industry, we also have the lowest sodium Chicken Bouillon on the market—just 550mg per full teaspoon.
