Broadbent's Uncooked Country Ham are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration. The shelf life is up to 3 months. To achieve the ultimate shelf life of the products, we recommend refrigerating the Uncooked Country Ham and Smoked Bacon for up to 6 months. These products are also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected daily, and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.

INEDIBLE WITH SALT, TURNED TO LEATHER AFTER A 3 SECOND HEAT, WATER RAN OUT OF THEM. I SENT THEM IN GIFT BASKETS AND THEY CARRIED MY NAME AND IM HORRIIFIED. I HARDLY BELIEVE THESE ARE REMOTELY "HEALTHY' TO EAT, WE COULD NOT CUT THEM OR CHEW THEM. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE THAN IF YOU ATE PURE SALT. THEY WERE FULL OF FAT ALSO. WOULDNT RECOMEND FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION EVER!
