The origins of this flour date back to the early 1900s thanks to the intuition of an Italian agronomist. Today it is highly appreciated for its nutritional properties and for its aromatic and persistent taste. We have combined Senatore Cappelli flour with cocoa and orange jam, this makes the slices delicious but at the same time healthy and balanced. As for the other slices, we use only extra virgin olive oil to give it a much healthier character and a splendid friability also given by natural leavening and sourdough. Excellent both alone and accompanied by a jam. We recommend you try them soaked in an orange juice, the explosion of flavor will amaze you.
