I'm torn; unfortunately I received broken cookies. To my great surprise, they are not individually wrapped (you will tell me that this wasn't specified, as before), but it also isn't stated that they are sold in cartons. We buy each cookie individually (scents/flavors). On the positive side, they are very good, generous cookies and the delivery is fast.

Disaster. The cookies are not individually wrapped and are packed in boxes, causing the cookies to suffer massive transport damage. The cookies are soft... I definitely cannot offer them to my guests like this.

Hello Janna, We understand your feedback and would like to respond: Nowhere is it stated that our Cookies are individually wrapped. We advocate for reducing packaging. In addition, the boxes in which the Cookies are sent are certified as safe for food contact. It can happen that some parcels are damaged during transport (as with everyone), but that represents barely 1% of our shipments (we send 2,000 parcels per year). And indeed, our Cookies are soft, not crunchy; this is not a product defect but the nature of the product itself. Finally, we did not receive any message from you before receiving this review. We could have discussed this dispute... Many German customers have been ordering from our brand for several years and the reviews are very positive. Returning your order could have been considered!
