About Lady Joseph
Josephine Bernaud crafted her exquisite cookies, reminiscing about her native Bordeaux, using ingredients from her adopted land in Haro (Logroño). There, in 1926, she opened her Tea Room, which became a meeting point for travelers on the Haro-Bordeaux route. We are currently the third generation maintaining her recipes crafted in the same way to offer a unique and exquisite selection of products of the highest quality.
