Flour from a mill in Sarthe, fresh butter, eggs from chickens raised in the open air, pure cocoa butter chocolate and caramel with salt from Guérande make up the essence of our creations. Without compromise, we prefer natural ingredients, without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. They are good products and aesthetically pleasing, although the expiration date on one of them is fairly short and you have to buy a large quantity, which, for our company in the start-up phase, is a disadvantage, but it needn't be one in other circumstances.

Placing and processing the order is perfect. The quality of the cookies is very good, only the shelf life is "only" 6 months. This is understandable given that it is a fresh product, but it should be stated more explicitly. Furthermore, not all products come with Dutch ingredient lists, which I personally corrected. Shipping via UPS leaves something to be desired (UPS's fault!). UPS consistently does not deliver to the door, only to a pick-up point, which is a hassle.
