Ship with Faire pick-ups with UPS and DHL are now available for brands based in the following countries. (depending on carrier availability)

Scheduling a pickup creates a request that is sent to UPS or DHL, but collection isn't guaranteed on the requested date. If the carrier doesn't arrive, you can reschedule or drop off at a nearby access point — your shipping label stays valid either way.
Please note, DHL pickups are available to select brands, we hope to expand this option to all our brands shipping with DHL very soon.
Pick-ups can be requested, edited, and cancelled on the order page. Pickups can be requested from Monday to Friday. The pickup fee is covered by Faire.
How to request a pickup for an order?
To request a pickup for an order you're shipping with Faire, follow these steps:
Select Ship with Faire as your shipping option on the order page.
Enter the parcel dimensions and weight to see available shipping rates.
Choose a carrier from the available options, such as UPS or DHL.
Under Additional services, select Request a pickup.
Select Confirm and print labels to generate your shipping labels.
After printing your shipping labels:

You’ll be redirected back to the order page. Enter your pickup details, including:
Pickup date
Pickup time window
Preferred pickup location
Confirm that your pickup address is correct. This will default to your ship-from address and can’t be changed after labels are printed.
Select Request pickup to finalize your request.
You’ll see an on-screen confirmation with your pickup request number and receive a confirmation email with the same details.
Will the carrier definitely collect on the date I choose?
Pickup requests are sent to UPS or DHL, but collection on your chosen date is not guaranteed. Carriers may occasionally miss a requested pickup due to a full truck, a routing change, or an access issue.
If the carrier doesn't arrive, you have two easy options — neither requires waiting:
Drop off your package at the nearest UPS Access Point or DHL ServicePoint. Your existing label stays valid.
Cancel the label and request a new pickup through Ship with Faire. The pickup fee is covered by Faire.

Why didn’t the carrier pick up my shipment?
Carriers occasionally miss a pickup. If the carrier didn’t pick up your shipment during a requested pickup, there are a few common reasons why this might happen:
- The truck was full and couldn’t take more packages.
- The driver couldn’t access your location.
- A logistical issue or delay affected the route.
These issues are typically temporary, but if you notice repeated missed pickups, consider dropping off your package at the carrier’s nearest location if that’s easier for you.
What should I do if the carrier doesn’t pick up my shipment?
If the carrier doesn't arrive, you have two easy options: cancel the label and request a new pickup or drop off at a nearby UPS/DHL access point (your label is still valid). Either option keeps your order moving — there's no need to wait.
If your pickup was missed, you have a few options to get your order moving. Depending on your preference and timeline, you can either cancel and reschedule through Ship with Faire, or drop off your package directly with the carrier.
Option 1: Cancel your Ship with Faire label and reschedule your pickup
You’ll need to cancel your shipping label before you can request a new pickup.
To cancel your shipping label:
- Go to the Shipping info section on your order’s fulfillment page.
- Select Cancel next to the shipping label.
After cancelling, follow the steps below to create a new label and request another pickup.
How do I request my pickup after cancelling the label?
- On the order page, choose Ship with Faire as your shipping method.
- Enter parcel dimensions and weight to see available carrier rates.
- Select your preferred carrier (UPS or DHL, if available).
- Under Additional services, check Request a pickup, then select Confirm and print labels.
- Save or print your shipping labels. You’ll return to the order page to finish scheduling.
- Enter your pickup details, including date, time window, and pickup location.
- Select Request pickup to confirm.
Your pickup address will match your ship-from address and can’t be changed after the label is printed. You’ll see a confirmation message and receive a confirmation email with the pickup request number.
Option 2: Drop off your shipment or request a carrier pickup outside of Faire
If you don’t want to cancel the label, you can:
- Drop off your package at the carrier’s nearest location
- Arrange a carrier pickup directly through the UPS or DHL website
This allows you to keep the existing Ship with Faire label without rescheduling in the portal.
How do I bundle orders into a pick-up?
Pick-up bundling is available, meaning you can decide to get more orders picked-up at the same time slot.
You will find these options appear on unfulfilled orders when you select UPS or DHL, if you already have a requested pickup for one or multiple orders with the same carrier.
We recommend making the most of this option, bundling your orders into one pickup helps your carbon footprint.
How do I cancel a pick-up with Ship With Faire prior to the pickup window?
To cancel a pickup, on the order page, click on Cancel pickup. If you have bundled more than one order with this same pickup, this will only cancel the pickup for this order.

How do I reschedule a pickup date & time prior to my requested pickup time?
To reschedule a pickup, cancel the pickup and request a new one.
If you have more than 1 order bundled into this pickup and wish to reschedule the pickup for all these orders, you will need to click on every order to re-bundle it to the new pick-up you have requested.

Can I check which orders have pickups requested?
There is currently no way to obtain a group view showing which orders have pickup requested and which ones don't. To check if an order has a pickup requested, click on the individual order page or check your email confirmation by searching the order number.
Why am I getting an error when trying to request a pickup?
If you encounter an error while trying to request a pickup, please see below for troubleshooting steps.
Error: Currently unavailable. Please schedule a pickup directly through UPS/DHL
This error message surfaces after you select schedule a pickup, it may be related to your address.
If you see this error, please click on the UPS/DHL link to schedule the pick-up directly with UPS/DHL, the carrier will be able to confirm whether they service your address.
Error: We’re unable to schedule the pickup. Please schedule a pickup directly through UPS/DHL.
This error message might appear when you try to enter the time and date of the pickup, and might be due to UPS/DHL not recognizing your address. If you see this error, please click on the UPS/DHL link to schedule the pick-up directly with UPS/DHL.
