It is from our very own farm, Fazenda Monte Verde, in the Carmo de Minas region of Brazil. We passionately roast in small batches at our historic Brooklyn roaster, creating a smooth, delicious flavor and amazing aroma. By focusing on quality and sustainability, our hand-picked beans have won the Cup of Excellence (BSCA) for over eight years, including winning the 2020 competition for quality and aroma.
